When we think about our individual futures, what helps us move forward? What stories do we get inspiration from that make us feel it is possible to achieve our goals? Our history tells us that anything is possible and that having ambition, working hard and playing to our strengths is all we need to succeed. Why then, are women still so underrepresented at the top?

What is really holding women back?
This is the question that the members of the IE Alumni Women’s Network will try to find answers to on December 16th. In our first ever event, we have brought together an amazing panel of inspirational leaders, entrepreneurs and speakers to share their views and answer your burning questions on this topic.
Our super-star panelists:
Sarah Tahor
Sarah is an enriching entrepreneur with 15+ years of leadership experience in international business strategy, M&A, venture capital raising, business development and strategic partnerships primarily in technology startups. She is currently working on a number of projects, including an AI impact startup to increase the number of women in senior positions.
Tzamaret Fuerst
Tzamaret is a motivational keynote speaker and entrepreneur who took an innovative life-saving medical device from prototype to commercialization in Africa. Her new workshop, Hacking Your Blind Spots, combines her entrepreneurial experience with insights from Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Philosophy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Coaching.
Narkis Alon
Narkis has spent the last decade building educational platforms as a tool for bridging socio-economic gaps. Her work has received global recognition: She was named as one of the 100 Visionary Leaders by Real Leaders magazine, one of Israel’s leading change makers by Calcalist and by Forbes under 30. She is currently CEO & Co-founder of Double You, an international network supporting women from 14 different countries to develop their business initiatives and projects.
As we approach the end of a challenging and life-changing year there is no better time to reflect on what your goals are and how your network can help you achieve them.
