Mentoring Program

What is the IE Women Mentoring Program?

As part of the IE Women Initiative, the IE Women Mentoring Program is one of the endless opportunities that female students have to learn at IE University. The program is a training program organized by the IE Center of Diversity and the IE Women in Business Club, in exclusive collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce of Madrid (AMCHAM).

The main objective of the program is to find mentors for high potential Women students of IE masters who want to work on their professional goals or areas of improvement through guided and experienced support.

The professional and cultural backgrounds of participants reflect IE University’s drive for diversity, making the program a truly global opportunity for women to network and get precious insights for their future careers.

We hope that both mentees and mentors will learn something new from their respective counterpart, and we are certain that the meetings will be constructive, given the expertise and competence of both IE University students and top executive mentors.

We wish all the best and fruitful meetings to all participants.

Who can participate in the program?

All the female students enrolled in a masters program at IE University.

What is the activities schedule of the program?

  • November: kick-off meetings
  • March: Midway meetings. Mentees and mentors meet separately
  • June: Closing meeting IE Mentoring Program

‘Pass it On’ is a project created by the IE Women initiative to highlight the uniqueness of every woman. The project aims to materialize the empowerment of IE Women through our mentoring programs, research, international events, exclusive scholarships and networking opportunities. In order to give visibility to all these activities, we created the hashtags #IEWomen #WomenPassItOn
