IE Professor Pino Bethencourt says: “I help people and their organizations grow, not in size, but in depth. I’m committed to bringing back humanity’s wild essence, natural generator of our passion and wisdom.”
“I believe that women who embrace the wild within them become irresistible leaders. Leaders whose strengths are more about compassion, sustainability, wisdom, transcendence, inclusion and fun.”
She explains why she created free group sessions : “Wild Passion” for Women: how embracing your wild side will make you free.
“I usually recommend all my clients look for group settings in which to grow as a person and as a leader. Our mammal heritage makes groups of people – or packs! – a very safe place. The body thus uncovers more emotions and sensations from its unconscious in groups than it does in two people conversations or alone.
It is also an excellent way to discover my approach and start practicing all this “Embrace The Wild” stuff.
In all these years since my MBA in 2002 I got heavily involved in women’s associations and clubs. I got together with several women from my year to create the first women’s club at IE, and then I went on to collaborate in many other associations. It became clear to me that men and women tend to have different approaches to the same problems, and so when we work together we can really make wonderful things happen.
Here you have information on the free groups I facilitate in Madrid: http://www.pinobethencourt.com/freegroupsessions.html
At the moment they are all in Spanish, but if you are interested in organizing a Group Session in English, this is something we can set up.
“This is why my new book “Pasión Salvaje: Cómo abrazar tu lado salvaje te hará libre” and these group sessions are targeted towards women. I love what we can do when we embrace our most wild and feminine qualities. And I am convinced we can turn this whole gender bias paradigm around by just becoming more female, more womanly, more sensitive and even more chaotic!!! Hahaha!!!”
