Cristina Fernández Tesoro, member of the IE Women Initiative, in collaboration with UNITAR and Havana University, has participated in the First International Workshop on International Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation Strategies.
UNITAR in collaboration with Havana University, the Cuban International Arbitration Court and the Cuban Lawyers Union has delivered its First International Workshop on International Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation Strategies.
We have just spent three amazing days with top Cuban professionals discussing, working through simulation cases, and simply learning from them about such an interesting moment for Cuban law.
We were also able to share several principles of International Public Law as the obligation to respect children’s and women’s rights in the draft and implementation of every International Public Law agreement.
Such an honour to be part of UNITAR’s consultancy team as well as an IE Women member in this event!
Such a satisfaction to know that the initiative has been a success and that the second edition has already been agreed to take place in April 2020.
