The conference ‘Diversity before the activist consumer’ responds to the growing concern of consumers:
Why brands show their sensitivity to diversity? Where do they operate? How do they show their way of being and acting?
This conference will take place within the framework of the III Foro de Tendencias de Comunicación de Marca (Brand Communication Trends Forum), April 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Offices LLORENTE & CUENCA in Madrid, moderated by Carlos Ruiz, Director of Public Affairs at LLORENTE & CUENCA. Dr. Celia de Anca, Director of the IE Diversity Center, and Luisa Alli Turrillas, Communication Director of IKEA Iberia are the panelists.
They will discuss the management of diversity in the business environment and the role of the empowered consumer, as well as the factors that companies must take into account when betting to integrate diversity into the marketing and communication and demanding strategy.
They will talk about the challenges that diversity implies within the structure of brands, their evolution and the risks they face in the coming years.
