A commitment to respecting diversity is at the very heart of IE University and it is a lifelong value that each one of us must navigate. Professor Celia de Anca has been appointed Deputy Dean for Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion. She shares details on her role and future plans.
The appointment of Prof. Celia de Anca as Deputy Dean for Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion:
“Her role is to foster initiatives at IE University that encourage diversity and our ability to embrace it in our lives, our studies, and our work, and that strengthen our resolve against all forms of discrimination. Prof. De Anca will work closely with Vice Rector Antonio de Castro to diffuse information about IE principles and procedures that relate to diversity and ethics, and will also supervise the Ethics Committee and develop an annual report on the topic”
